Every body is uniquely individual and we’ve all developed our individual patterns of breathing. There are hundreds of breath techniques and practices so we work together to best support your health goals and needs.

The way we breathe plays a key part in our sexual pleasure, ease & connection. Breathwork helps us wake up the connection between awareness and body sensation, literally turning us on energetically, physically and emotionally.
We can sometimes feel as if we’re not ‘in’ our bodies’, but of course we’re always in our bodies - we may just not be aware of it. Our body receives a constant flow of information through our nervous system to our brain; what happens to this information depends on how able we are to notice, identify and respond to it. Past trauma, be it minor or major can contribute to a sense of dissociation, shut-down, sensory overwhelm or physical/emotional anxiety. Breath therapy, alone or combined with conscious touch and emotional release work can help unlock lost, suppressed or shut down pathways to enable us to access greater sensation and more pleasure.

Everything about your session is with your choice, including posture, music, touch etc.
